The category of the flat (Basic, Standard, Plus).

Our flats all have living/dining rooms, kitchen, bathrooms (usually 1 Master bathroom and one shared shower room) and either:

How to book

E-mail

Use our website to get familiar with our offers and/or make your choice.
Select your preferred accommodation.
Send a request for availability (you can use the button "Check availability" on each flat page or the "Contact Us" form on the left handside of this page.
Our staff will answer all your questions and give you information about our availabilities, this includes pictures of the actual flats that we will be offering you.
Once everything is clear, we will send you a letter of offer for the flat together with a Tenancy agreement for you to sign.
We will also send you the inventory of the flat.
Our policy is to send only one letter of offer: when we create a letter of offer, the flat we offered you will not be offered to anyone else.
This is why our letter of offer have a maximum validity of 3 days.
If you do not send the letter of offer back signed before the validity of the letter expires then the offer will be considered as rejected.
In order to confirm your boking, you need to
a) Send a signed copy of the Letter of offer and of the tenancy agreement either via fax (+65 6491 1297) or via email
b) Wire the full amount of the retainer as specified in the letter of offer
IMPORTANT:
If we have not received the full amount of the deposit (unfortunately, we DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or ONLINE PAYMENTS yet, the simplest way is to use wire transfers) within 7 days of the reception of the signed letter of offer the offer will be considered as rejected.
IMPORTANT:
Your booking will only be definitive on the day we receive all the passport copies and documents that certify that ALL the occupants of the flat are authorized to stay in the country for the duration of their visit.
Wire the rent as specified in the letter of offer. The amount MUST be on LMB Housing services bank account AT LEAST 7 days before the lease starts.
IMPORTANT:
If we have not then received the rent this will be considered as a break up of the tenancy agreement by the Tenant(s). LMB Housing services will be entitled to retain the full amount of the deposit as penalty. LMB Housing Services will have the right to lease the property to another interested party from the day the tenancy agreement is broken-up.
Contact us to arrange your arrival so that we can greet you in your flat and do a proper handover of the place. You can move in the flat from 15h00 (local Singapore time).
Contact us in advance if you need to arrive a couple of days before the beginning of your lease, if we have availabilities we will do our best to accomodate you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All payments are to be settled in SGD dollars. If payments are made in other currencies, the source for the exchange rate applicable will be www.xe.com on the day the money is credited on LMB Housing Services’ bank account. The exchange rate used to convert the amount transferred in Singapore dollars will be the rate of the day +15%.
